Our next day of Spring Break we spent at Canyonlands. We went on some awesome hikes! Josh enjoyed how far you could see at the look out points. Matthew loved hiking onto the top of Mesa Arch. The highlight for our budding archaeologist Mitchell, was hiking to a pueblo granary!

Spring Break: Dead Horse Point
Our first few days of Spring Break we had "catch up" days at home. The last few days we went on a Moab adventure. Our first stop was Dead Horse Point! The views and still beauty of the desert were amazing.

Easter Sunday
I love the Easter Season and all it represents. I know that my Redeemer lives and that he will not leave us comfortless. Through Him I know we will be with Caleb again.

Easter Egg Hunt
We loved our annual Easter Egg hunt on Saturday! It was a wonderful day to listen to General Conference then have an Easter egg hunt before the boys left for the Priesthood session. This was the first year that Josh didn't want to participate in the hunt.
I'm not sure how I feel about this growing up business.
sniff sniff.

Springtime and worms
I love the blossoms and tulips that emerge in the Springtime. Mitchell on the other hand loves the worms. He spent days digging holes in the yard finding as many as possible. He recently made a list of his favorite animals. Worms came it at number four, just behind Bigfoot, blob fish and cats.

Mitchell and Karate
Mitchell recently participated in a community Karate class! He was such a ham-even when he should have been listening! He had a great time and loved to show off his favorite karate pose from the movie Karate Kid. The instructor encouraged parents to participate too, so I learned a lot of great moves. He even made me drop and do 20 push ups on a day I showed up in BYU attire. Apparently he is not a fan!

Mitchell Earned His Bobcat
Mitchell recently received his bobcat in cub scouts. He even participated in his first Flag ceremony! This little boy is bursting with sparkles!
