Who needs toothpaste?

I walked into the kitchen the other night to find Mitchell with his chocolate cake and a toothbrush.

He was carefully dipping his toothbrush into his cake

then brushing his teeth with it!

Who needs toothpaste anyway?

I'll take chocolate any day of the week!

Caleb

(click his picture to visit his blog) We were blessed with a little boy who always winked! Caleb's brain did not develop, and he had numerous birth defects. Doctors didn't expect him to live for more than a few weeks, but Caleb lived until he was seven years old! He had a joyful spirit and was truly a miracle in our family. Among his various challenges, he was also missing one of his eyes. Even though he was never able to say "I love you" with words, he told us every day with his "wink!" His little wink is a a daily message of love from heaven.
