One of our favorite short
hikes is the Grotto in Payson Canyon. The trail is perfect and the
little waterfall is always magical!

Bean Museum
This summer we had
the chance to visit the newly renovated Bean Museum with some of our
cousins! We also got to visit with Great Grandmother Moody while she was
in town!
Learning to Ride a Bike
Learning to ride a bike has it's ups and downs! Having a dad who sticks with you helps you know you'll learn sooner or later! We'll keep working on it!
20 Year High School Reunion!
This Summer I was able to participate in my 20 year high school reunion! It was so fun to reconnect with friends and enjoy spending time together! Last fall we did the homecoming assembly for the class of 2014. On the 24th we rode in the Fiesta Days parade, and later that weekend we enjoyed dinner, games and mingling.
You can see a video I put together from the parade and our reunion dinner here:

The Pioneer Cemetary
For Family Home Evening before Pioneer Day we visited the beautiful Pioneer Cemetery. There is such a powerful and peaceful spirit there. Mitchell was especially touched by the stories of the early pioneers in Spanish fork and wrote sweet little notes as he read.
The words of the last plaque are especially touching to me... they were written by my mom.
The Redd family is a part of Dallan's family line. He helped my mom find the names of the pioneers buried here when the cemetery was being renovated.
A Day in Salt Lake
Over Pioneer Day weekend we spent some time in Salt Lake. We enjoyed being on temple square and eating at the lion house pantry. We also visited the Daughters of Utah Pioneer Museum! One of my favorite artifacts was John Moyle's wooden leg. His story inspired our Young Women temple walk that I participated in almost a year ago!
Moody Reunion Games
One of the best things about being a Moody are the games! We love to play games together so our reunion wouldn't have been complete without lots of them. We played at the park, played Moody-wood squares- Moody family feud, charades and more!
