Logan's Baptism

Baptism days are extra special! We were happy that we got to attend the baptism of our nephew, Logan.  Many of our family members were able to attend and we loved seeing everyone!

Provo City Center Temple Open House

About a week ago we went to the Provo City Center Temple open house.  It was such a sweet experience.  It had been a freezing snow flurry day, but as we got to the temple the skies cleared and the sun came out.  The golden sun was shining through celestial room windows and warmed our hearts as we passed by.
I love how God knew the potential of the tabernacle... and I love that He knows how to help me reach my potential too.  Though the tabernacle fire was heart breaking and tragic, the strength and beauty that rose from the ashes is simply breathtaking.

Caleb's Wink Day 2016

February 10th, the day Caleb died, is always a tender day for our family.
It is a day of quiet reflection & remembering.
We long to hold him in our arms but will always hold him in our hearts.
I know he is a quiet companion for his brothers.  I know he loves us and continues to be watchful.  I know he is engaged in wonderful work.
Oh how I love our sweet boy and his sweet influence in all I do.   What an indescribable blessing he continues to be.

Happy Birthday Josh!

Josh is 16! I can hardly believe my sweet brown eyed little boy is old enough to date, drive and get a job!  I'm incredibly proud to be Josh's mom!  He is an exceptional student and is currently attending the advanced learning center for 2 classes each week.  He loves to experiment and I constantly find myself saying, "You can't do that by the gas can!... you're going to kill the cat... no more dumpster diving for parts..."
Josh has a big heart and I love watching him strive to reach his potential.
For his birthday dinner he chose roast, potatoes, rolls, salad and corn.  For his cake he chose a score bar cake.   I adore you, Josh.
Stop growing up so fast... I mean it.  :)
